Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
